Welcome to Phone Clean Up-Storage Cleaner (the “App”). These Terms of Service define the rights and responsibilities between you and us when you use our services. Please read these terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App provides photo management, storage optimization, contact organization, and related device tools, including:

The App may request the following permissions:
Photo Library Access
Used to access photos and videos you authorize for local sorting and storage tools (such as duplicate, similar, and blurry photo detection, video compression, and Private Space). It is also used, only when you choose optional colorization or clarity enhancement and grant the in-app permission, to select the single photo processed for that request.
Camera Access
Used only when you choose to capture a photo for Private Space or for optional colorization / clarity enhancement.
Contacts Access
Used only when you enable contact management features to identify duplicate contacts and organize contact information.
You may manage or disable permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work without the required permissions.
We prioritize local processing of photos, videos, and contact information on your device for core sorting, compression, and contact tools.
If you use optional Photo Colorization or Image Clarity Enhancement, the App may temporarily transmit the single photo you select to a third-party cloud image-processing provider — Baidu AI Cloud (百度智能云, https://cloud.baidu.com/) — for one-time processing. Before these features can be used, the App presents an in-app notice describing what data is sent, who receives it, and asks for your permission. If you disagree, the App will not upload the photo.
Except where authorized by you or required by law, we do not sell, rent, or unlawfully disclose your personal information.
The App may provide tools that delete, compress, merge, restore, or otherwise modify photos, videos, or contacts. Before confirming such actions, carefully review the selected items.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for data loss or unintended changes caused by actions you confirm in the App.
We care about protecting children’s personal information. Minors should use the App under parental guidance and consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that such information was collected without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Due to device conditions, operating system versions, file characteristics, network conditions, and third-party processing variability, we cannot guarantee that identification, classification, compression, organization, colorization, or clarity enhancement results will always be complete, accurate, or satisfactory for every file.
Optional cloud processing results depend on the selected image and the third-party processing service. You should review results before saving, sharing, or deleting content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR OPTIONAL CLOUD FEATURES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We may update, adjust, suspend, or discontinue features (including optional cloud processing features) due to business development, technical improvements, third-party service changes, or legal requirements. Continued use of the App after updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the App, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence provide otherwise.
